Many of us remember the "Soup Nazi" from the Seinfeld series. In the same vein, I want you to think of me as the "NUTRITION NAZI". The term "Nazi" is used as an exaggeration of the excessively strict regimentation the Soup vendor constantly demands of his patrons. Or if you prefer: you may be more familiar with Dr. Laura Schlessinger and may think of me as the Dr. Laura of nutrition, same no - nonsense approach to topics.

I have strict demands with regards to your committment to your nutrition and lifestyle program. Do not call me if you are not ready and willing to do the work it takes to get well; it is a complete waste of our time and your money.

I can help you: help your body get well and allow it to turn a great many "dis-eases" into non-issues. Let's take your car's engine as an example; if you fill the gas tank with watered down fuel your engine will not run well. Over time it will start to deteriorate and many parts will fail and need to be repaired or replaced. So you can see that your body's systems might function the same way; you feed it micro waved, nutrient starved "fuel/food" and your organs will begin to send out signals of trouble, then fail and become diseased. Many "so called diseases and syndromes" are nutrition based and can be turned around and or avoided by chosing the right foods and nutrition for your system.

The process is a Four Step Health Improvement Program. You call and make an appointment, your first visit is an Information Gathering session, in the second visit we go over your Report of Findings, next you enter the Fine Tuning Phase, followed by the Healing and Observation period.

YOU have to make a committment to the process and lifestyle changes and do the work. Committment means you decide you want to get better, you recognize that you have the choice to do the work, to make the changes, that you implement, the dietary and lifestyle changes both temporary and permanent that will allow your body heal.

Those who don't commit and who don't do the work continue to go from doctor to doctor, complain, whine and moan, drive themselves and their families crazy, suffer, and deteriorate.
