Using the techniques from Touch for Health I can gently assist your body in healing itself. By moving the energy in a positive manner and removing energy blocks your body can use its beautifully designed, highly intelligent defense mechanisms in order to reach and maintain optimum health.

During a treatment session I will hold particular points and invite the energy to become free flowing, if we are bale to open up the energy pathways then your body will be able to the provide nutrients that are essential to its good health.

I can teach you self treatment exercises that you can do such as: Separating Heaven from Earth (good for whatever ails you), The Three Thumps (when you need an extra boost of energy), the Hook Up (use this whenever you are feeling stiff), or any number of other short, simple, exercises that you can use anytime, anywhere. We will customize a set for your needs.
