Policies
- Cancellations: you must contact me (via phone or voice mail) 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a charge.
- No shows: one no-show or last minute cancellation per year is forgiven barring extreme circumstances such as illness or family emergencies. The charge for no-show is one-half of the amount of the service as was scheduled.
- Consideration and respect of all parties involved will result in longtime mutually beneficial relationships.
